HATHA VINYASA

HathaVinyasa is a multi-disciplinary approach to practice which incorporates techniques and methods from a variety of lineages, Hatha yoga balances "ha" or sun/stimulating energy with "tha" or moon/calming energy. A variation of asanas that are typically held form anywhere between six to twelve breaths. Vinyasa yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of asanas focused on alignment of breath and movement to create a dynamic flowing practice. Traditionally held as one to two breaths per asana. This class incorporates both styles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga for an amazing, well rounded practice working to build both strength and flexibility with a meditative approach for all levels.

Moving meditation

Connecting physical asana, pranayama, and meditation, into a beautiful slow flowing class. Increasing strength, mobility, and flexibility by consciously flowing through a series of asanas meant to draw awareness internally, connecting with ones own intuition, and truth, with the power of BREATH. While building deep awareness throughout  your own body. This class is meant to encourage how to learn to completely settle the mind and relax the body and soul.   

Suitable for all levels!

**Taught in a heated studio at 95°F with 40% humidity. This heating system offers a multitude of health benefits including soothing relief of pain, stiffness, and muscle or joint tension.**

ABSOLUTE HATHA

Absolute Yoga is known worldwide and is comparative to the Bikram brand in that it is a set sequence of trained, Hatha yoga poses practiced in a heated studio at 40°C/104°F. A sequence of 50 Hatha Yoga poses means less repetition, more variety. With an added focus on core, upper body strength, shoulder flexibility, and hip openers. Expanding and taking your practice to the next level. Absolute Yoga was founded in 2002 in Bangkok by yoga teacher, Benjaporn Karoonkornsakul, and has quickly grown and is now being practiced all over the world. This class is taught using a static form of movement, practiced in a mirror to study and achieve the proper alignment. Working your entire body, for the ABSOLUTE best practice! 

**Absolute Hot Yoga is suitable for ALL, including beginners, and always includes progressive postures for those ready to step up their practice to the next level. Modifications and options are provided throughout the class for all levels and abilities. Taught in a heated studio at 105°F with 40% humidity. POWER VINYASA

Vinyasa is the Sanskrit term for flow and refers to alignment of breath and movement to create a solar,dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Vinyasa also refers to the movements or series of movements done between each pose in the series. Perfect body alignment is not emphasized in this class, as is the case for traditional Hatha yoga; however, corrections and/or modifications will be offered during class as needed.  Power Flow yoga is faster paced, and poses are typically not held for more than a few breaths. With a focus on building core strength and awareness. Class is suitable for all levels although some familiarity with yoga postures and exposure to basic flow yoga sequences is recommended.

**Taught in Bayoga’s state of the art radiant heated studio that uses Far Infrared heating systems which we believe adds an essential element to the practice during the colder months especially. This heating system offers a multitude of health benefits including soothing relief of pain, stiffness, and muscle or joint tension.**

We will work together to help you to achieve all of your practice goals.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Hot Pilates class is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95°F and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.
